Terms of Service

1. Your account

You need an account to use OUTZIO. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

OUTZIO is offered as a monthly plan at $19 per month or an annual plan at $149 per year, billed in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and your access may be limited until the balance is settled. Prices may change in future; if they do, we will give reasonable notice before a change applies to your subscription.

3. Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the recurring fee is charged. One free trial is available per customer, and we may decline a trial request if we reasonably believe it is a repeat trial.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing controls in the app, which open Stripe's billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Unless required by law, fees already charged are not refunded.

5. Lead data and contact information

Lead search returns publicly available business listings. We do not guarantee that every lead includes a phone number, email address or complete details, and we do not fabricate information that public sources do not provide. Verify details before relying on them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use OUTZIO for unlawful outreach, or in breach of telemarketing, email marketing, privacy or data protection laws that apply to you.
• Contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying lead sources.
• Resell, sublicense or share access to your account except as we agree in writing.
• Upload content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes someone else's rights.

7. Your responsibility for outreach

You are responsible for how you use lead information and for the messages and calls you make. This includes honoring do-not-contact requests and any registration or consent requirements that apply in your market.

8. AI-assisted content

Drafts produced by AI-assisted features are starting points, not verified statements. Review and edit every draft for accuracy before you send it. You are responsible for the content you send.

9. Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you add to OUTZIO, such as your prospect list and notes, and you grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it to provide the service. OUTZIO's software, design and branding belong to us; these terms do not transfer any ownership of them to you.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep OUTZIO available and to improve it, so features may change over time. Lead search depends on third-party public data sources and may occasionally return fewer results or be temporarily unavailable. We may suspend the service for maintenance.

11. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using OUTZIO at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, attempts to abuse lead sources, or creates a legal risk, and will give notice where we reasonably can. Deleting your account permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OUTZIO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for OUTZIO in the 3 months before the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use of OUTZIO after a change means you accept the updated terms.
